• 1st place & Guns Choice in the Forth & Clyde Novice Trial held at the Auchanfree Estate, Scotland - August 2017

Bred by Tony and son of FTCH Tyrrellison Star Dreamer (Maisy), Murphy is a large, strong boy and has performed excellently during his first trialling season; winning his first novice trial at the end of August 2017, followed by an open on November 1st. Murphy has been consistently in the awards in subsequent seasons, but unfortunately due to coronavirus restrictions was unable to compete in 2020.

In October 2021 Murphy won a 2 day open, qualifying for the 2021 IGL Retriever Championship and making him up to Field Trial Champion status. Tony and Murphy went on to be 1 of just 7 dogs to complete the championship and were awarded a Diploma of Merit as this prestigious event.

He is a hard going dog and shares many of the impressive characteristics of his parents. Tony describes Murphy as a very honest dog and a has been a pleasure to train and handle.
